Steamed sliced fish and fried lettuce


Steamed sliced fish:
Ingredients: 
Leftover sliced fish from steamboat
Shredded ginger
2 tbs of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of dark soy sauce

Method: 
1. Mix the sauce well and pour it over the sliced fish.
2. Bring water to boil, then put in the fish.
2. Steam for 5-7 minutes

Fried lettuce:
Ingredients:
Lettuce, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste
1. Heat the wok, and fry the garlic.
2. Add the lettuce when the garlic turns light brown.
